Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Zentalis”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we receive in connection with your use of this website (“Site”) and how we collect, use and share this information. It forms a part of the Terms governing your use of the Site and only applies to the Site and not any other Zentalis offering such as a particular clinical trial.  When you choose to access and use the Site, you are agreeing that Zentalis may collect, use and share your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

1. How We Collect Information

We receive the personal information that you choose to provide, such as your e-mail address, first name and last name when you communicate with us via the Site including via the emails provided on the Site such as Info@nullZentalis.com or Careers@nullZentalis.com.

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you interact with the Site such as information about the computer or device you use to access the Site.  This information may include device identifiers, an IP address, web browser type or operating system version as well as information relating to how you spend your time on the Site, e.g., the amount of time spent on particular content.

2. Information Relating to Children

Zentalis will not knowingly collect information online from children younger than 13 and will promptly take steps to delete any such information if it becomes aware that it has been received.  Please contact Privacy@nullZentalis.com if you believe that a child under 13 has provided Zentalis with personal information.

3. Cookies and Other Similar Technologies

Zentalis and its service providers may collect information using cookies, tags and other technologies. These technologies enable us to customize your experience on the Site. The collection of information via these technologies generally excludes personal information such as you name or email address.

Please be aware that some analytics providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on the Site and may also collect or have access to information about you collected over a period of time and/or across a variety of website. Any such information is collected by the applicable third parties and not by Zentalis.

If you do not want the Site to collect information through the use of cookies, your browser may permit you to be notified of or disable certain cookies. This functionality varies by browser. Please note that if you disable or reject cookies, some functionality of the Site may not work correctly.  Please also note that the Site does not presently respond to or modify its practices in response to browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Zentalis will monitor the development of industry standards for responding to DNT signals and may update this practice if a standard for responding to DNT Signals becomes prevalent.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information we receive from and about you and your interactions with the Site to respond to your inquiries and requests and to provide you with a personalized experience on the Site as well as to continually enhance and improve the Site. We may also use this information to share with you marketing, promotional or other materials that we believe may be of interest to you and, to the extent required by law, we shall obtain your consent prior to sending these materials.  In addition, we also use your information in connection with your interest in working at Zentalis such as to acknowledge your application, request additional information or invite you to speak with us.  We also use your personal information to enforce these Terms and as may be required by applicable law.  Finally, we may choose to de-identify, anonymize and/or aggregate your information to use it for purposes other than those described in this section.

5. How We Share Your Information

Zentalis may share your personal information to serve you, to consider your candidacy for a role at Zentalis, as required by law, to enforce our Terms, in connection with a change to our corporate structure or with your permission. For example, we share your information with our vendors, service providers and business partners, as needed, in order to provide you with information and services and to run our business. We comply with requirements imposed by law or legal process and therefore may share your information in response to requests by a court or government agencies or law enforcement. Zentalis may also share your information when we believe it is appropriate to do so in order to address suspected or actual illegal activity, to enforce these Terms or to protect against physical or financial harm or loss.  In the event of a change to our corporate structure such as a merger, or in connection with a sale of some or all of Zentalis’s assets, we may share your information with third parties involved in negotiating, facilitating or consummating such transactions. We may also share your information in anonymized, pseudonymized or aggregate format third parties.

6. How We Protect and Safeguard Your Information

Zentalis appreciates your trust in us with respect to your personal information. To safeguard your information, we employ administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your information. Unfortunately, despite these precautions and safeguards, Zentalis cannot ensure or guaranty the security of your personal information. Nor is Zentalis responsible for the security of information transmitted to the Site over third party networks that Zentalis does not control such as the Internet and various wireless networks. As noted in our Terms, Zentalis and its affiliates are not liable for loss or damage caused by any unauthorized use or access to your personal information.

7. Information for Site Visitors from Abroad

If you are visiting the Site from a country other than the United States, please note that the Terms for the Site are governed by New York law. Some countries including those in the European Economic Area may have privacy laws that are more extensive or strict than those in the United States or other countries. Zentalis may, consistent with our Terms and this Privacy Policy, transfer your information to recipients in countries other than the country from which the information was originally collected, i.e., from which you access the Site (“Your Country”). The laws of these countries, including the United States, where your personal information is transferred may not provide the same privacy protections as Your Country provides but Zentalis will protect your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

By accessing this Site and providing information on the Site or via the email addresses provided on the Site, you consent to Zentalis transferring and processing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

8. Modifications to Our Privacy Policy

Zentalis may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our privacy practices or applicable law. Our posting of the updated Privacy Policy on this Site with an effective date shall constitute notice to you of such change.  Your continued use of this Site and provision of information constitutes your acceptance of such updated Privacy Policy.
